Elayne Ceder

Elayne Ceder earned a Master’s Degree in Environmental Design from
 
UCLA. After graduation she began a career as a Designer serving both

Residential and Commercial clients. Her accomplishments as a Production

Designer for the film industry earned her the distinction of being voted into the

 Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

Elayne’s proficiency in locating, evaluating, and renovating property led her
 
to direct a large number of Site Acquisition and Development projects, and into

a  career as a professional Realtor. Elayne is now a Chairman’s Circle Realtor

for  Prudential California Realty, specializing in the sale and marketing of

property in Sunset Strip/Hollywood Hills West, where she has been a

homeowner and resident for twenty-eight years. Elayne is also available to

advise you regarding the sale or acquisition of income properties for your

investment portfolio.
